I have absolutely no experience in home improvement and I’m not a handywoman at all. I needed a replacement for my shower head (with a handheld showerhead also), and I bought this because it was on sale.
It took me about 2.5-3 hours to install (with a break) because I was scared to use my ladder, and I’m pretty short which complicated the setup. I’m convinced that I would have been through a LOT quicker if I were taller, so keep that in mind.
If you are used to installing things yourself, this will literally be a piece of cake. The water pressure is AWESOME, and I like that you can adjust the height of the arm and the angle of the main shower head. Also, I have thick curly hair and so I’m picky about my water pressure, but this shower system is literally awesome

At first, I was just hoping for better water pressure—but wow, this gave us a full-on luxury shower experience without the luxury price tag! 💦 The wide rain shower feels like standing under a waterfall, while the handheld sprayer is perfect for everything from rinsing hair to cleaning the tub.
My partner (who’s super handy) had it installed in no time, and even the sticky mount for the handheld held strong! The switch between shower heads is so easy to use that even our 10-year-old has no problem operating it. 🙌
What I love most is the versatility—6 different spray modes on the handheld and a beautiful rain setting from above. It’s like getting a new mood every time you turn on the water! 😍🚿

My only cons: they no longer work simultaneously. I can only use the top shower or the handheld, one at a time. It was working fine initially. Also, the sticky part to hold the hose was installed March 2025 and it's now beginning of June 2025 and it already fell off the wall. I would like to order a replacement, but I cannot find the replacement piece alone for the shower hose. So that portion was not very durable.
Review update: seller reached out very quickly to help. Appears that the hose for the wand was on backwards (hexagon nut at the top, circular end on the wand). Such a simple fix and I bet if the contractor actually read the instructions instead of just hooking up as he saw fit this would never have been a problem. I like this shower set better than the one in the second shower so ordering another.
