Dejenme decirles que tengo un Chow Chow y estamos mas que encantados. No lo pienses y comprate una. La pones a trabajar y despues pasas la jerga y listo, cuando ves el deposito dices de donde salio esa basura y mas ahora con tanta tierra. Para ser mi primer robot dejenme decirles que me voy a comprar despues el que trapea.

Hoy 5 de Agosto se actualizo el firmware y mejoro la limpieza, de verdad. Totalmente recomendable.

It's better than the Deebot we used to have. The various options are nice - vac/vac mop/mop, suction, water use, how thorough it cleans, being able to select only certain rooms to clean. And my hair gets caught up in the roller a lot less than the Deebot. But it could be smarter - it will focus on one area and go over it multiple times, it will take a round-about way to get somewhere, and sometimes it can't find its way back to the charging station. But for the price point, it's worth it.

Ya que tengo un husky que echa muchísimo pelo todos los días, y esta aspiradora robot le ha quitado el estrés a mi novia.

Súper recomendado, limpia todo, a pesar que no tiene radar o cámara para guiarse. Y le toma muy poco tiempo, ahorra batería, haciendo que la batería dure más. Y lo único que debes hacer es mantenerla limpia.

El cepillo, a pesar de que tengo perros en mi departamento, y piso de madera, casi nunca se queda con pelos enredados. Y si si, súper fácil de limpiar.

Lo único “malo” porque la verdad, tenía esperado que sucediera, es que tengo unas alfombritas alrededor del departamento para limpiar los zapatos, y unas de ellas si le pasa por encima y las limpia, otras las empuja ya que el piso es muy liso y la alfombra muy pequeña, pero nada de que preocuparse, una sacudida de vez en cuando antes de acostarte, y dejas que la aspiradora haga lo demás. Eso si, trata de dejar las superficies libres de cables eléctricos sueltos, ya que se puede enredar un poco, haciendo de su trabajo más difícil.

I remember I bought a robot vacuum like 5 years ago or so but all it did was bounce around not very impressive.

With the lidar these things are amazing now they cover every single inch and do an excellent job cleaning and mopping,
Very easy to set up on the box, does the quick mapping and the detects all my rugs and carpets and then off to cleaning the auto lift and I'm all vibration leave my floors spotless and my carpets have never looked better.

The app is also really great really easy to use it's just a label your zones so you can you know clean one of the rooms whenever you want. The noise level I would say is medium it's definitely less than a regular vacuum but still noticeable.

The only downside is that integration with Alexa is pretty bad, it appears but doesn't really work it work maybe once.
It does work fine with Google home but for some reason I guess they're Alexa API is not the best.

I’ll start off by saying that this is the fourth or fifth robot vacuum that I’ve ever owned, and it is by leaps and bounds the best. The software and app work extremely well to let you customize the areas and schedule for vacuuming, and the vacuum itself does an awesome job. The largest benefit I noticed is the lack of maintenance required on it. The bag that holds everything lasts a long time, and most importantly the vacuum does not get clogged up with hair. We have a golden retriever and that was always an issue with other vacuums we have had. We got a bObsweep that we returned as it was getting clogged after 1-2 cycles, this has gone for a month without needing any maintenance due to the dual rubber brush system. The suction on the carpets is apparent, I can walk around with socks on and would previously have hair stuck to the bottoms constantly and not anymore with this. I recommend running it every day if you have pets so it can stay tidy and it looks great consistently in our house (roughly 2500 sq ft on main floor). The one thing I would tell folks that are looking for a mop/vacuum combo is that the mopping performance is a little clunky, requires you to manually fill a small reservoir and wet a mop attachment. Not a big deal for us since we were looking for the best possible vacuum for dry floors and I think this is exactly that. If you need to have a mop function that is automated, would look elsewhere for something that has a reservoir in the basement. Overall extremely happy and would recommend this to anyone looking for a high quality robot vacuum that requires minimal upkeep - especially ones with pets, and excels in mapping and a high quality app.

The product is probably nice and effective, but the seller is selling it in Saudi market where the voltage is incompatible to the functioning of the product. They should not sell it in a market which is not right for the product!

I'm nervous about writing this review. We had another robot vacuum (starts with an sh and ends with ark) that I absolutely loved, but once it hit that year mark when the item would no longer be covered under warranty, it quit working. I tried everything. All the tips and tricks I could find. Nothing worked. It was nothing more than a large paperweight, sitting in our dining room. Side note: Companies need to give an option for turning off cliff sensors. Not everyone needs them. Anyway, I contemplated not even getting another one, but we have an Anatolian Shepherd/Hound mix and he sheds like I've never seen a dog shed. I could sweep and sweep and sweep. All he has to do is move ever so slightly and it's raining hair. Having a robot vacuum really helps keep up with it all. I started researching and this brand came out on top. I took a deep breath and ordered.

It arrived quickly and packaged well. When I say well, I mean it. I think, in total, it was 3 different boxes I had to open to finally see, what I hoped to be, a long term cleaning buddy. Once I got it removed from its container, I found it a home. I downloaded the app, paired to wifi, got everything set up and connected it to our Alexa. It was simple and flawless. I then let it do its mapping. We are only using it on the main floor so it won't be used elsewhere as the only other area is a basement (underground) and it's not finished. I figured it was going to take a while so I headed downstairs to start some laundry and put some stuff away. Imagine my surprise when my Apple Watch alerted me to the fact that 15 minutes in, it was done. What?? My last one took almost 2 hours to map the 970 square feet that is our main living area. I went back upstairs and stared at it, baffled. Looking at my phone with the open app, I set up a schedule for cleaning and went about the rest of my day.

That evening (I have it set up for 5:30pm) I heard a strange voice and almost jumped out of my chair. Our dog barked, the cats scattered. Feeling panicked because I am home alone at the moment, I clutched my chest and peered around the corner. It was just the vacuum telling me it was starting to clean. I let out a breath. I hadn't expected that. My last one only talked when she was telling me why she couldn't vacuum, which in the end, was every time she turned on. I watched carefully. It went around the outer edge of the entire house, hitting every room, then came back and went back and forth until it was satisfied it had covered every spot. Then it told me it was done and was going back home. Huh.

After using it for a few days, I checked the bag. Wow! It definitely picked up more than our last one did. I could have made a whole new dog with what was in there. I don't love that it isn't bagless though but I can deal with that. The app is easy to use but unlike our last one, you can't name the cleaner. Gimmicky, but I kinda liked being able to do that. Not a huge deal because cleaning wise, it's amazing. I still can't get over how much hair it picked up. I showed my husband and he was impressed. Well, after first wondering why I was showing him a pile of our dogs hair.

It's pretty quiet when vacuuming but when it empties, you can definitely hear it. That doesn't last long though so not something that bothers anyone. I guess it also mops but I honestly have zero intention of using that. We only have one area in our house that has waterproof flooring so I prefer to do that myself. I get why this brand is highly rated. I love it already but because my heart was broken by another, I'm still feeling nervous. I can't help it. The last one let me down and I'm really hoping for longevity this time around. My fingers are crossed.....
