These work so well! Whether it’s a surface blemish or a deep pimple, these make a huge difference, especially if you wear them over night. The sizes are great, there are plenty in a pack to melt it a good value. The stickiness is good and I’ve never had one come off at night. Clears up blemishes quickly.

Really good product overall. It is almost 100 percent effective and sucks all the gunk out of your pores. Also good at sticking into you. The only thing I always struggle with is how expensive this brand is. You can get another brand that is 70% effective for 1/3 of the price.

These little clear circular patches for pimples are amazing! All you have to do is put one of them onto a “whitehead pimple” before going to bed and in the morning you take it off and the white head will be gone!
They also reduce any redness around the pimple from the night before. These patches are very thick and durable. They have enough “stickiness” that they will not come off during sleep, but also in the morning when you take it off there isn’t any sticky residue on your skin.
The regular size patches are perfect for a single pimple. In addition, when you put a patch on a pimple, it does have a “cooling effect”, or numbness.
I highly recommend these patches to anyone that have “whiteheads”. These do not work for “blackheads” or for pimples that are under the skin that have not erupted to the surface yet.

The Mighty Patch has become a “must have” in my medicine cabinet. It is incredibly easy to apply, and has been very effective for me. They stay in for hours at a time.
I have a cystic acne condition. When I get flare-ups, they are very deep and painful. Per recommendation of my dermatologist, I have started to put these patches on my flares. It helps bring them to a head and get quick relief from the pain!
Also, this has been great in treating the occasional regular white head zit as well.

These little patches are great, decreases time it takes a pimple to heal. Soft, comfortable, I forget I have one on until I touch it. I think the regular ones also blend in fairly well with my skin tone so they are not too obvious until you get close to me. I also use them for cold sores, as soon as they start coming through I’ll put a patch on. It is gross the amount of discharge they pull out. The hold through the night and working 12 hour shifts.
