I was specifically looking for a baby monitor that didn’t rely on an internet connection, since I didn’t want to keep my phone screen on constantly. This Hello Baby monitor solved that perfectly. The camera needs to be plugged into external power, while the monitor is rechargeable and holds charge for several days. It connects quickly and has been very reliable.

The video quality is sufficient for its purpose, and the night mode works surprisingly well. There’s no noticeable lag in the video feed. The screen graphics do feel a bit low-resolution by today’s standards, but the image quality itself is clear enough for monitoring your baby, which is what matters.

I do wish the pricing was a little lower and that there were more good non-Wi-Fi options available in the market. That said, for what it offers, this is a solid, dependable choice, highly recommended for parents who want peace of mind while finishing up chores.

I ordered the baby video monitor with 2 cameras from HelloBaby, and I am thrilled with my purchase! $100 for the whole setup. I like the monitors that don't connect to wifi so this was perfect for me. It came already ready to go! Didn't have to charge anything. Just plugged in the cameras, turned on the monitor, paired the cameras to it and it was ready to go! I didn't need to even look at the instructions, it was so easy to figure out. It might be helpful to note that I've had other baby monitors before so maybe that's why it was so easy. It is quite similar to my last monitor set up.
The Range of motion is amazing on these, almost full 360 circle, moves quickly and quietly. Camera quality is very good, and the night vision on them is pretty good too. Let's you see what you need to see.
I would say the value of the product is very good for the price.
Some features include night vision, ability to switch between 2 cameras manually or automatically, alerts can be set on the monitor if the camera detects high or low temp in the room, and you can set that to what temps you want it to alert you at, and lots of other features that I dont really need. All I needed was to be able to monitor 2 different rooms at night and this allows me to do so.
The cameras come with wall mounting screws etc, but I just set them on the dressers and they sit perfectly.
All in all I am very happy with this purchase, especially with what I got for the price. Very good deal! Love!

LOVE this monitor! The camera itself is great quality and very easy to setup. Simply plug it in and it's ready to go. We bought an attachment that clamps on to the side of the crib to have a closer view of baby. The screen is a great size and has many setting options. Picture quality is very good. I love the long range, so I can be anywhere in our large house and it has no trouble. I also read great things about the company and their great customer service, so I'm very pleased I decided to go with this monitor. Very pleased!

This is my 3rd HelloBaby product! I received this monitor as a gift in 2023. I loved it! Easy to use, picture quality was great in color and night vision. I purchased a second HelloBaby monitor (different model) that was cheaper & smaller to make it easier to take along on travel or family visits; It gets the job done (still have it and is working great). Unfortunately, my 2023 monitor broke a few days ago. It’s been dropped quite a bit, so it had nothing to do with the product. It’s been surprisingly very durable as there were times I thought it for sure had broken. Tiny hands are quick and powerful! But this last time, the monitor finally gave out. So of course, I planned to purchase another monitor set because you can connect up to 4 cameras to it and my 2023 camera worked just fine. Upon receiving it, the connection fails with my old camera. But the connection with the new monitor and new camera was a piece of cake. I contacted HelloBaby customer service to get assistance with the connection and I received a VERY quick response. That was my first surprise. But not only that, upon discussing my issue, they sent me a whole new camera because my 2023 camera was no longer compatible as there was an update to the 2025 cameras! Talk about amazing customer service! The entire time, they were friendly, understanding, and provided quick responses. This is probably my 2nd review ever, but my first POSITIVE review because how could I possibly not mention what a breeze this company made it to solve my issue. And from what I see, my review is one of many that rave about their customer service. I can also say, the upgrades have been phenomenal. The screen appears to be clearer (I had 0 complaints before so this is fantastic) and the battery life lasts so much longer. I also love the date and time stamp that automatically appears on the screen—as busy parents, days are a blur and our eyes are often on the monitors while trying to get things done, beats having to hunt down a phone because those wind up getting lost while doing a million things while baby naps! I was a happy customer before, but after this AMAZING Customer Service experience, I am even more thrilled about their products. Truly amazing that they’ve given a lot of busy, stressed out parents one less problem to worry about! Thank you HelloBaby!!!

This is the second time I order this monitor, because I accidentally broke the first one. I looked for other options but this has been the best. I tried hybrid cameras but they’re so unreliable, I was hesitant when first buying this since it’s Bluetooth only but it’s been perfect. The connection is strong, no buffering. I can sleep soundly while my baby is in his own room knowing I will hear him and can see him whenever he wakes up for a feed. Whenever I’m out and he’s being watched by the nanny, she can go all the way outdoors and the connection would still be solid. The only thing I prefer would be for the volume to be through buttons on the side instead of being on the screen only. Whenever my baby wakes up I reduce the volume immediately to avoid waking up my husband and it would be easier to do that with physical buttons.

Me sorprendió el tamaño, es mucho más grande de lo que pensé. Resistente, y a color. La nitidez es muy buena y a comparación de otras el audio también es más claro. Ademas La batería dura mucho tiempo y es muy fácil de usar. Sin programar sin nada solo se conecta y ya estas viendo por la pantalla , la mejor compra !
