The best cream so far for diaper rash, it works well for other places with rash, like armpits, neck, behind the ears, etc. In UAE is very hot in summer and my baby gets often rashes in those places, this cream helped me a lot.

This cream is a lifesaver for baby’s delicate skin. It goes on smoothly, has a thick protective texture, and creates a solid barrier against moisture. I noticed redness starting to fade after just one use, and within a day the skin looked so much better. It doesn’t have an overpowering smell and wipes off fairly easily during diaper changes. A little goes a long way, so one tube will last. Definitely one of those essentials every parent should keep on hand.

Desitin has been a life saver for my baby. The cream has a thick texture that protects the skin really well and works quickly whenever redness or diaper rash appears. Within hours you can see improvement, and after a couple of applications the skin looks soft and healthy again.

What I like the most is that it creates a long-lasting barrier, so I don’t need to reapply constantly. It doesn’t have a strong smell and it wipes off easily. It truly gives me peace of mind knowing my baby’s delicate skin is well protected.

Definitely a must-have for every diaper bag and nursery.

I bought this not because my baby has diaper rash, but more as a precaution to avoid getting it. This cream stays on, is easy to spread and we have not had any issues with diaper rash. My baby has sensitive skin and this has not impacted her skin at all. I think all parents need to have this on hand!

Our newborn developed bad nappy rash really quickly and we tried different creams, but this one was the best! It is nice and thick so creates a strong barrier and ultra moisturising to help with chafing. We are really happy with this product and will definitely continue purchasing it!

This is one of the best products I selected for my baby. I first started using it when I noticed diaper rash. The rash was gone the next day. My6 month old is sleeping through the night now, so I don't change her diaper every 3-4 hrs like before. So, I just use this cream at night to provide full night protection. No more diaper rashes. 😊
