The fact there is no white "write-on" area is not a problem as I use Sharpie Permanent pens and there is plenty of room at the edge just above the final seal for info notes. I especially like that there is no cardboard tube in the center of each roll. Less waste and guilt at not finding an alternative use for those super sturdy tubes!
So far so good! I do notice that these bags tend to mess with our vacuum sealer though as it has a textured side and then a shiny and smooth side. Hopefully you don’t have this issue as well.
